Lift has designed its own methodology, based on managing the reputation of its clients, built on a framework of value and attitudes that we call the “Reputation Model”.

This model was put together based on seven globally accepted dimensions that are seen as the set of good practices of the companies with the best reputations in the world. It is based on these 7 core dimensions and 24 attributes that some of the world’s most respected companies are assessed.
As a consultancy which, in a pioneering process worldwide, includes both the areas of Research and consulting, Lift measures the reputation health of a company, thus launching the basis for designing coherent and successful reputation strategies.

Knowing the size of each piece/dimension in the “Reputation Model” and which attributes are most valued by the stakeholders that the company intends to impact are two of Lift’s functions s a consultancy focused on high-end management.
 
In this function, we accompany the client in defining the dimensions and attributes, the objectives and values of communication, as well as in defining and prioritising stakeholders.

Also as a high end consultancy, Lift assesses the impact of management decisions on the image of companies, which is obviously only possible given the high level of trust managers place in our company.

From a more operational point of view, Lift acts as a communications consultancy in defining programs for communications, messages, audiences, perception and influence analysis. Once communications programmes have been defined, our consultants are charged with implementing them, making use of a comprehensive and complex network of media contacts.

In the area of media consultancy, Lift is probably the consultancy with the greatest positive influence on the Portuguese media, in practically all sector areas.
