and Nestlé. She has a vast experience in social responsibility and
crisis communications. Previously, she was an intern at NR Hill &
Knowlton, having coordinated the Media/Research Department.

like Diário Económico, Público and Jornal de Negócios. Between 2002 and
2011 he was the vice-president and president of APECOM and, between
2008 and 2010, he was a member of the International Communications
Consultancy Organization’s board.

projects. He joined Lift in 2013 as a Marketing & Technology
Consultant. As a consultant, Diogo has taken part in projects for
multinational clients from different sectors, therefore having a vast
experience in Telecommunications, Banking, Insurance, Retail and
Distribution, always focusing on both online and offline integration.
Ana started her career at Bairro Alto Group as a Communication Manager, in the consumer, tourism and technology sectors. Later, she was Public Relations Manager at Os Mosqueteiros Group. Back to Lift, since March of 2008, Ana developed the Strategic Planning and Business Development areas. Currently, she is the Partner responsible for the strategy and creativity areas. Graduated in Communication Sciences from the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of Universidade Nova de Lisboa, with an Advanced Programme for Executives in Communication and Marketing at ISCTE and a Master in Strategy at ISCSP.
over 13 years of experience digital marketing and communication, Rui
started his career at the interactive unit of Dreamsolutions, followed
by working in the strategic area of Heylife (a pioneering agency in
mobile platforms in Portugal). He used to be responsible for More’s
strategy and creativity, and an Educational Director and Tutor of the
Mobile Design & Development course at EDIT- School of Interactive
Design and Technology.
João joined Lift in 2010 and she currently manages brand and product
communication, for clients in the areas of Lifestyle, Beauty, Fashion,
Retail/Distribution, Real Estate, Luxury, amongst others. Previously,
she worked at Frontpage as a Client Director as well, focusing on
corporate and product communication, media relations and strategic
planning. Maria João was also a communication consultant at Sanchis
Communication, and integrated the office of Communication and PR of
Lisbon’s Trading Post.
Mauro joined Lift Consulting’s content area, he was a Business Manager
at Plot Content Agency, where he preformed client director duties.
Throughout his professional journey he also had 8 years of experience
in media relations and communications consulting, and has been
responsible for several communication projects at M Public Relations
and at Pure Ativism. Mauro graduated in Communication Sciences, and
started off his career as a journalist.
Sónia is currently Client Manager at Lift, responsible for digital projects. Previously she worked in several marketing and communication agencies such as Plot Content Agency, Brand New, Bandia Central, as an account manager. She has a degree in Communication Sciences from Universidade Independente and a Post-Graduation in Marketing Management from ISEG.
Lift Consulting since 2012, Catarina has worked with clients in the
Financial, Insurance, Healthcare, Education and Telecommunications
sectors. She has 17 years of experience in communication: started off
as a journalist, a position she held for 11 years. She worked at
Semanário Económico and Jornal de Negócios, and also created the now
extinct newsmagazine Focus.
Lift since 2012, Helena has been working in sectors such as Healthcare,
Energy, Consumer Goods, Beauty and Lifestyle, Tourism, Real Estate and
Culture (cinema and music). She was a journalist between 1992 and 2006,
where she worked as an editor and as editor-in-chief in several general
publications such as the magazine Ego, and specialized publications
such as Engenharia & Vida and Tecnologia Médica.
Suzana has a degree in Political Science and in the past she was a journalist and editor of economic publications for several years, particularly in MaisValia, Ed. and Economia Pura. In 2009, she became communication consultant, working for clients like Bayer, Samsung, Liberty Seguros, Microsoft, Sonae, among others. In 2012 she returned to journalism to produce two television programs dedicated to entrepreneurship and export: The Next Big Idea for SIC Notícias and Win World for TVI 24. She is currently working in Lift’s Reputation practice area, which runs the Rep.Circle, a reputation-led knowledge center. She also assures the connection with The Rep Trak Company, represented in Portugal by Lift.
Graduated in Corporate Communication, Pedro believes the community is one of the strongest elements in brands’ communication. He saw in social media the perfect opportunity to match these two elements he admires and went to the USA to specialize as a Customer Acquisition Specialist and Customer Value Optimizer. He was a Social and Content Planner at Mindshare Portugal, and a Digital Channel Specialist & Community Manager at More, where he worked clients in the widest range of business areas, always with a purpose in mind: to create value.
Member of the Public Affairs team since 2019, Gonçalo was Political Advisor for the Portuguese parliament for more than 6 years, namely working at the Economical Comission. For several years, he worked particularly with Tourism, Telecommunications, Energy, Automotive Sector and Textile, among other sectors Over the past three years, as a consultant, Gonçalo has been developing a closer relationship with the pharmaceutical industry and with the Spanish market. Graduated in Economics, has developed his career in Business in Portugal, Poland and Spain. With a MBA at the Católica|Nova and as candidate to a doctorate at Nova SBE (2016-2019), Gonçalo continues to connect the business world with political decision making.
Former Executive Director at Lift Consulting up until 2011, where Cláudia led the Institutional Communication, Crisis Management and Brand Communication areas. Since then she kept her connection to Lift World as Managing Partner at Plus, a company focused on Training (Media Training and Public Speaking) and Development (Personal Branding and Personal/Team Development). In 2020 Plus integrated Lift and Cláudia became the leader of the Training business area as an associate consultant. She is also specialist in Media Advice to candidates for political positions and coach in the fields of Crisis Management and Communication.
